What skills do you need to have?
– open to people and honest,
– English or the language of the country you would like to travel to,
– high-level interpersonal communication,
– high emotional intelligence, empathy, we want you to be able to understand what is happening inside the group and be able to react appropriately,
– willingness to learn and develop,
– being a football supporter is an asset,
– enthusiasts of countries and being able to tell to others about is great.
